Based on UN recommendations, guidelines for the internally displaced were developed by CSJ. These guidelines are available online here:

SCA Riot Victims - Several years following the riots, many of the displaced people are still living in relief camps. In these camp there are no basic amenities provided to them. CSJ completed a study on the conditions of such colonies which is available here:

Uprooted - Internally displaced persons are persons or groups of persons who have been forced or obliged to flee or to leave their homes or places of habitual residence, in particular as a result of or in order to avoid the effects of armed conf lict, situations of generalized violence, violations of human rights or natural or human-made disasters, and who have not crossed an internationally recognized State border.
